This website is free and open source. You can feel free to copy anything and use it on your own website. The layout is modified from sadgrl's layout builder.
All third party utilities are free and open source (I'm not entirely sure about the last.fm widget). SCMplayer is licensed under the GNU GPLv3 open source license. I do not use chatboxes or guestbooks because the majority of them are not open source.
This website makes use of javascript and cookies for post organization and the interactive elements. By being on this website you either acknowledge that you're okay with that or that you will take blocking those functions into your own hands with an extension like GNU LibreJS. All the javascript code is very basic/auditable and the only thing that uses cookies here is the easter egg reward system, which logs a cookie set to expire in a month every time you discover an easter egg. When you get all the easter eggs the cookies can unlock a special reward.
I think some external corporations like Google and Amazon do some minor tracking through Neocities/Youtube links here even though I did not set anything up to sell data, nor will I. Be aware that even on a small personal Neocities site you might need additional blocking capabilities if you want to be 100% free of tracking and fingerprinting.
